TO PARTICIPATE AT THE EVENT

We’ll obviously follow the rules set by the Catalan and Spanish Government at the time of the Festival.

Face-Masks during the whole night is now required and it’s supposed to be also mandatory by March, during the festival, even though you’re dancing with your couple or partner.

Keep 1,5 m away from other people not being part of Cocoa Blues & Fusion Exchange 2022.
Wear the face-mask all the time.
Bring your own water bottle.
Avoid touching surfaces unnecessarily (door handles, table, chair,…).
Always follow the instructions of the organisation.
Inform us if you test COVID positive and have participated in one of our activities in the 7 days before!

We request that you follow the general hygiene measures:

If you feel sick or are sick you cannot enter the event. Please stay home and get well soon. Even if it’s just a cold, you don’t want to spread your germs among your fellow dancers.
Wash or sanitise your hands regularly, especially between changing partners.
Cough or sneeze into the inside of your elbow or into a paper towel. Dispose of the papers immediately in a trash can.

GENERAL RULES

We’ll do our best to provide as much safety and peace of mind to everyone involved. Last but not least, we’ll make sure that you will be reminded of the spontaneous thrill and joy of dancing to live music.

COVID CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that legal situations and covid-measures might change at any given moment.

If a participant is not allowed to travel due to government restrictions, we will offer a refund or pass transfer according to our refund policy.

In case we have to cancel the event ourselves due to force majeure we will refund passes or pass transfer. We will not be able to refund any other costs such as housing, transport and other expenses related to your planned visit to Cocoa Blues & Fusion Exchange 2022.
