CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have acquired the ticket, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances except if you bought the Insurance in your ticket. But we can permit name changes on tickets, for up to 48 hours before the start of the festival with a charge of 5€.
Times and / or actions could be modified by the event organizer. In these cases, no refunds will be made. In the event of a cancellation of the Cocoa Blues Exchange 2024 by the event organizer, a full refund will be paid, via bank transfer to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
A cancellation of the event might be considered if more than half of the planned activities are cancelled.
The entry fee is non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation of the festival due to bad weather, natural disasters, a closure of Spanish airspace or other force major not attributable to the event organizer.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All those attending the events related to the 2023 Cocoa Blues Exchange, accept that its images be taxed and reproduced and authorize this use for informational and promotional purposes of the event, used by the festival website and various social networking websites related to this festival and the BCNSwing association. The organizer is not responsible for any use that may be made by other people or companies.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The possession of the ticket does not entitle its holder or third parties to use the content for advertising purposes, or promotion (for contests, gifts and / or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties without prior authorization by the organization. Non-compliance of this point will be claimed for damages under Spanish legislation.
