SALA OR is an inclusive cultural association and intimate venue for live music and performing arts located in Gràcia, Barcelona. The space is a meeting point for art lovers and creators, regularly hosting jam sessions, concerts and multidisciplinary performances — from jazz, blues and funk to world music, hip hop and electronic fusion. 

Its warm and creative atmosphere makes it the perfect setting for Cocoa’s Welcome Party. 

Oulouy will offer an Afro Fusion open class focused on footwork variations from different contemporary African urban styles.

The Casino de l’Aliança del Poblenou is one of Barcelona’s most iconic cultural spaces. Founded in 1868, it features elegant architecture, a spacious wooden floor and a large stage perfect for live music and social dancing.  During Cocoa 2026, the Casino will host the Main Room and the Petit Club, the heart of our night parties and live concerts. Located right on the Rambla del Poblenou, it’s surrounded by local bars and restaurants, just a few minutes from Poblenou metro station (L4). 

A well-known dance school in the centre of Barcelona, Escola Luthier Dansa hosts Cocoa’s After-Parties. 

The venue features two  spaces — the Fusion Room and the Blues Room — offering distinct ambiences for every taste and mood. Known for its wooden floors and intimate (and hot!) vibe, it’s a beloved late-night spot for dancers from all over Europe.

focusing on the perspective of African-American music and dance, in particular its cornerstone – blues, this class is designed to give you tools to work on quality of your body movement, musicality and expression.

assimilating experience from various dance styles throughout the years of her professional activity of performing and teaching, alina created a set of practices to better understand our bodies in their movement to blues music, as well as building flow and musicality when improvising.

A charming countryside masia surrounded by the natural beauty of the Serralada de Marina. Originally built in 1870, this historical site offers a warm and rustic atmosphere, perfect for our traditional Calçotada — a Catalan lunch celebrating local food, music and community. 

It has already become a Cocoa classic: for the third time, we’ll gather here to enjoy one of the most beloved moments of the festival. Known for its grilled dishes and hospitality, Mirador Can Toy connects Cocoa’s spirit with local culture and flavours.

In the heart of Barcelona, the Glorieta de la Transsexual Sònia in Parc de la Ciutadella is a beautiful open-air pavilion surrounded by trees and light. 

This space will host our Sunday morning open activity, a relaxed and joyful outdoor dance gathering. A unique chance to enjoy swing and blues music in one of the city’s most iconic parks.

One of Barcelona’s leading live music venues, Sala Wolf is the perfect place to close the festival. 

With over 600 m² of open space, professional lighting and sound, a large bar and chill-out areas, it provides the ideal setting for Cocoa’s Closing Party — where we’ll dance until the very last beat.
